Hi, I am Lizzy, the creator of Lizzy's Lollicakes Cake Pops, I grew up in an extremely Italian household. This is where my love for gourmet food began. Since as far back as I can remember my mom and I have been cooking and baking delicious creations. As years passed, my passion for baking became stronger than ever. I would spend all of my free time creating new treats for my family and friends to enjoy. I would get great pleasure seeing people enjoying my hand crafted desserts. So, when one of my daughters asked me to make cake pops for her birthday, I was up for the challenge. At this point I had never made cake pops before and wasn't entirely sure how to go about starting my creation. After researching many different recipes and styles of making cake pops, I finally came up with my own perfect method to baking the tastiest cake pop anyone will try.
The cake pops turned into a fad amongst all who tried them. It was then that I decided it was time to utilize my skills from my childhood to make something out of my passion. Since then Lizzy's Lollicakes has been in business and thriving beyond my expectations.
I would like to thank my mom for all her love, knowledge and guidance she has giving me thru out my childhood year.
